Produce Decontamination

Radical systems effectively kill bacteria, viruses, parasites and moulds when used as a sanitising wash down on food produce. This is a critical requirement for the industry and provides a much-needed solution to an increasing problem.

In addition to the sanitising benefits the industry is starting to realise that advanced oxidation water systems also have the potential to extend the shelf-life of its produce.

 

Treating raw produce and processing equipment with ozonated water as a sanitizing system considerably reduces the bacterial load that can potentially spoil food.

 

When used as a biocide, ozonated water does not alter the appearance, colour or taste of the food and leaves no taint or residue to be treated.
